I've encountered this issue more than a few times on #Nostr. Can anyone tell me why some links to profiles never load?

I have a feeling that it maybe because they're using a relay that I am not? And if that is so, this is a major flaw of Nostr. How is everyone meant to know what relays to use to view a profile?
