#plebchain help me out. I'm thinking of creating something for #nostr. Should spam filtering be implemented on relay (server) level or on Client-Level? Any advice would be great.

And no I didn't read all the nip's. Is it in there?

I'd say it should happen at the server level to avoid each client having to perform the task. Make it available if anyone wants to peek in the spam folder. Clients should be able to filter and block by the user's own criteria.
