One thing driving me off #Amethyst might be autoplaying videos. Very annoying. When I choose the "never" option in settings, I don't even see a thumbnail, just a link. On the other hand any other time it doesn't matter how many times I stopped it, it starts again whenever I move my feed. It would be ice if the videos just didn't play automatically at all.🙏

you don’t see a thumbnail because there are no thumbnails posted. The short notes only have a link and even the specialized video events (Olas) that could have thumbnails - most are published without.
I don't mind the link since it gives me the choice to click to play. A thumbnail would be useful, though.
