Idea:

Bartr. A marketplace for publishing and matching offers for any kind of transactable good or service.

Publishing an offer could require to put into custody a certain amount that represents escrow.

Fulfilling the offer could require to put into custody a matching amount that represents escrow.

Once the job is done or the item is received, the custodian resolves the escrow contract and release the funds.

The beauty is that it would work without bitcoin, because matching could create a barter. But anyone using lightning would greatly benefit, so the incentive to use lightning is again enhanced by Nostr.
