What we think is humility could actually be pride. Pride is concerned with who is right. Humility is concerned with what is right. Seek first to understand. We shouldn’t interrupt someone’s expertise with our overconfidence. We should spend more of our time observing, listening, and learning instead of wanting to be seen and heard. We learn by asking questions, and absorbing info, not by talking. Suppressing ego helps us grow. We’re in the wrong place if we’re the smartest person in the room. 💜🧡
