You don't have the right to limit what others do with a non-tangible thing. If I write a song and whistle the melody within earshot of someone in public, they have not stolen from me if they start whistling it later or even give it a new name and perform for others. The same goes for digital information made public on the internet. The only reason a public digital item like bitcoin can belong to you is that you alone know the secret which keeps some particular coins immobile.
