Not sure how Nostr works, is it like a base layer that can be tapped into with these clients? Also do all of our posts end up on Nostr no matter which app we use?
It's like email. Client and server are independent, so it doesn't matter which client you use, as long as it pulls the notes from the servers

NOSTR is a decentralized protocol, each app will provide a slightly different experience..but the underlying content doesn't change.
