The new Supreme Court judge who can’t define woman just complained in open court that she doesn’t like the fact that the supreme court precedent of text, history, and tradition when interpreting the constitution only includes “some people’s history.”

Well…yes…that’s true…it is about American history…and if she wanted to include “black” history, in this particular case, the only race related laws were ones that deprived slaves of rights and these weren’t even from the right time in history.
