True that: Engagement isn't even a thing.

Lots of things done at Bitcoin conferences are odd. And I've been to many.

When I first started DCAing into Bitcoin, it was on Gemini and I still had my trader bro hat on. I had learned about an algorithm that allows you to guess the top or bottom in a period of time while you're in it with 37% accuracy called Optimal Stopping.

So I wrote a DCA script using the Gemini API that would search for the best price every week and put in my buy order. There was also a brief period of time when I needed to sell off, so I reversed the script to look for tops.

Ever since then, I've just been doing regular things for Bitcoin and buying without weird algorithms. But you could say that I would not have made drastic changes in my career for it to be more enjoyable and rewarding if it weren't for Bitcoin.

So quitting my job and taking two months off to just chill was something I did to become a freelancer for Bitcoin. And getting back in contact with my company as a contractor to do what I really wanted to do was for more Bitcoin too 😆

No such thing as cultural "appropriation". That's cultural embracement. Most people love when outsiders embrace their culture because that precisely how culture persists through time. It's a good thing and what you are doing is a good thing. Keep sharing and I'll keep zapping what I can. If you can manage to purple pill some people you run into then we can zap them too!
