Over time there will be different relays with different policies and reputations on which users can tune in or not. It's like selecting the radio frequency you want to listen to.

This is the only time I've seen an actual solution proposed about this issue. I think a lot of people default to defending "free speech" is a bit of cope for an issue in decentralisation that does need to be addressed. When people start mass posting porn, a lot of which is made via human trafficking, there needs to be way to deal with it.
