how do I recover my #alby wallet if I only have the 12 word key for it?

It's asking me for my email account associated with it, which I don't know

in the browser extension

Try downloading Blue Wallet or any other non-custodial wallet and inputting your words/recovering there. You don’t need to recover through Alby

I installed blue wallet and imported my wallet but it states that it has 0 sats. that isn't the case.

should I wait a bit or does that make no difference?

Did you write all the words out? Or did you try some import file

in the browser extension you connect any wallet - what did you use so far?

and then you import your seed.

the seed is for the master key in the extension that can be used lnurl/nostr/etc.

You Alby Account is recovered by your e-mail thatyou have registered with! Try logging to getalby.com/user and use one-time-password login.

The extension however, uses 12 words to use Master Key, not for the lightning wallet. This we can't recover - keep your backup!
