Ok, so you might be having the same issue I’m having. There’s a particular relay that I removed some time ago that Damus keep re-adding to my list of relays for some obscure reason. That relay still thinks I’m following npubs I’m no longer following.

I tried to remove the relay but Damus keeps re-adding occasionally.

See if you can spot a similar behavior.
