Don’t keep your crypto in an exchange. If you don’t hold it, you don’t own it.

They were not allowing withdrawal from approx last one year. Actually no exchange in India allowing withdrawal from last few months.

They probably never had the fund they claim is stolen.

Not your keys not your coin.
