When I talk to progressives/the left in life they think the GOP are destroying the world, their lives, and risking democracy

When I talk to the right, the opposite.

I think it’s an issue by issue conversation, and also depending on personal beliefs and politics. At some point it’s also a lot of agree to disagree.

There has not been unilateral dem control like that. Depends on context - branch of govt, state or federal, judges, issue, etc.
