Meat is the healthiest thing you can eat, and most people that are into decentralized protocols have spent thousands of hours understanding the need and function for them. They have usually put the same amount of time and effort into learning about what food to put in their body. When one has put the time in, you arrive at eating lots of meat.

I’m not sure you are right but I’ll respect it

I would encourage you to begin a journey to find out if I am right.

I wouldn’t dismiss the journey of many people who don’t eat meat (or eat it in low amounts) and are as healthy as you and me or even better.

Check https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patrik_Baboumian as a radical example. What do you think?

I don’t know what his actual diet is, but in general I would say that his body is undernourished and he is doing all of this in spite of his diet, and that given a long enough time frame, he will have health consequences. A lot of people claim to be vegan/vegetarian but still eat eggs or dairy, supplement with protein, or other things that can make up for some amount of the missed benefits of meat. However, they are still performing below their body’s peak potential.

You know there are other ways of getting protein than eating meat, right?

Yes, but they do not contain enough of the amino acids, minerals, and other nutrients your body needs to properly function. Again, I’d encourage you to put some serious hours into this and see what your own conclusions are.

I don’t know your body’s needs to properly function. Mine is doing great with a variety of different ingredients in every meal I have. Thanks anyways
