in some ways this is like investing - if you play your cards right you will buy low and sell high ...
or if you don't pay attention you will end up holding the bag ...
it's all about observing the trends - the direction in which people are moving and precisely timing both the buying and the selling ...
you want to buy in any area that is both growing rapidly AND getting whiter ( i only know of ONE such area, but i won't tell you which one until i move there ) and you want to sell in any area that is being over-run by Niggers, Spics and other filth ... as well as any area that is overall on the decline ... like NYC
my parents own an apartment in NYC that keeps going down in value because it was a white area when they bought it but it keeps getting darker every year ...
on other hand property values went up by about 30% in the last 4 years in my area because i chose a white area that was rapidly developing and was 20 miles away from the nearest infestation by non-whites ...
there is no problem with the area i'm in now, only problem is the house. i chose this house so my grandma wouldn't have to use the stairs ( she was almost 100 years old ) but she's dead now so it's time to move.
because other things have also changed i may as well move to a different area as well.
the moral of the story is to be pro-active. don't wait until Niggers, Spics and other filth completely take over your area because by then you won't be able to sell your property and thus won't be able to move out ! You will be trapped !
as soon as you notice your area getting darker - move out immediately ! and move to the whitest area possible and one that is both growing and getting whiter.
once again, i will reveal this magic area once i moved there. currently i am being prevented by my autism from being able to move there. i suddenly decided i want a new laptop and spent the last week researching laptops.
frankly the situation is hopeless. i literally found the perfect place then i get this urge to get a laptop, i find the perfect laptop, it's out of stock, and i don't want to leave the house without it. i can't leave - i'm trapped. it's over boys.
i gave my old laptop to my parents and refuse to travel with just a phone. i am so fucked.
