Yeah, I picked up the 7mg 24-hour patch a couple weeks ago and could feel the effect immediately, so I use it sparingly. I know it’s only like .35mg/hour and I don’t wear it but for 8-10 hours, so I’m curious what a gum or pouch may do.

When do you start to feel the gum or pouch wear off?
