Only in Germany you'll receive mail not meant for you in your mailbox and if you take that to the post office to finally file a complaint they tell you that they don't deal with the mail, contact DHL. Wait, what?

Indeed. Maybe DHL needs to pay their people more so that they can afford hiring people who can read.
