it may have a different context in your language, in english enabler means someone who comforts and assists evil

Can you give any example of how an individual can enable an evil person or evil deed, and what how that enabling practically works?

by accepting a false rhetorical excuse for an evil act

by declaring that acceptance to their non-evil peers, technically, such an individual is on the margin of evil because evil is succeeding due to their non-evil reputation
