You authorize the Payment Card Network and Fidel to monitor transactions on your Linked Credit Card(s) to identify Qualifying CLO Transactions, and for the Payment Card Network to share such transaction details with Coinmiles and Fidel to enable your CLO Offers to be implemented.
The CLO Program is limited to credit cards only and is only available in Canada.

I am indeed in Canada, but I believe everything is supposed to work the same in the US as well?
