I am I swear 😂🫂 just rarely with strangers who try to put wax covered headphones in my ears. Probably trying to completely block sound so their friend waiting around the corner can steal my bag 👀. I was thinking and maybe I’m being too cautious cos it does depend on a bunch of factors like whether we meet at school, work, have mutual friends, met at a pub/bar, then it wouldn’t be as sus to strike up conversation - I still think the earphone thing is wild though. I can’t think of a single person I know that would say yes 🥹

I'd accept the offer, drop the pods on the floor then give them the most vigorous wipe on my jeans while picking them up, I think that's just about as good as the situation can be recovered😬😎😂.

🤣😂 this is only partly true for me though, cos once you get to know your local shopkeepers in London, we will say hello and chat. Also I say hello to people I’ve met and people I grew up with while walking, but not strangers cos have to be careful 👀
I like it though cos you know that the friendships that take time mean something and it’s not just surface level, where I think quick shallow friendships are odd to me 🥹 time is so scarce I don’t want to constantly spend it on surface level things, which sounds a little cold, I admit 😭
