No, neither does Reticulum. LoraWAN is one layer above Lora and is not very good, hence we use different protocols for different purposes. Reticulum is it's own network layer that can run over any medium (including, but not limited to LoRa).

I would stick with standards if at all possible, personally. More adoption.

I can see server registration could be an awkward, extra step, but the standard looks very well designed

tp, encryption, dst-sa, and app sockets

reticulum is medium agnostic and very decentralized / self discovering (mesh)

For my use case lorawan is useless.
