For those participating, I'd like to caution that you listen to your body and take recovery time seriously.

You don't know what your body's threshold is until you pass it, and speaking from experience you do not want to give yourself a chronic health issue because of over zealousness.

Go as far as you can, crush it, get in shape. But also prioritize nutrition, sleep, and give yourself time to recover when you start feeling the signs. You will see greater gains and will be healthier for it.
