Try just lard on sourdough with a bit of chives and salt on top. 🤌

*Also, there's no need to be clarifying the fat too hard for this, it just gets easier to spread.

this look yummy.

the thing i made is basically a pork belly confit with apples and onions.

then you spread it on danish rye. almost like rillettes.
