Replying to Avatar ODELL

Commits made the day I announced each will be used for projects newer than the eligibility date.

The reason for the date requirement is we do not want people spamming projects for the tickets and it is an objective way to reward existing contributors.

Nice! That makes sense. It would definitely be annoying to get a bunch of single word changed README pull requests.

Hey Matt, if I am a library author and one or more of those projects are currently using my library, would I be eligible?

Zap Android, Samourai Wallet, Sphinx Chat, Amethyst (soon hopefully), Sparrow (in the works) is are just some of the projects I'm supporting currently with my Tor libraries
