Does anyone else feel so uncomfortable on zoom calls/virtual meetings. Like it feels impossible to be natural or to show up as myself. My personality does not come through at all. The energetics are so weird to me. No room for quick interjections or jokes because of the audio and the lagging.

Maybe I’m solely meant for in-person interaction🤷🏼‍♀️
