It’s nice to have little breaks

when you go back to twitter you'll realize that you brain has to work much harder to sift through the shit posts and ads

Nostr is like real life in that regard.

You'll have to create your own content. Creativity comes from boredom. If that's what you're experiencing. It's not nostr, it's you.
