Public transport tip 💡

Whenever i'm in the metro, buses etc and standing up, i never touch the bars and holders. Never.

Everyone else is holding on to something.

It's good training for equilibrium, for feeling your center of gravity and also for whole body and environment awareness. Also more fun, feels like sports on boards.

If your drivers aren't maniacs you're gonna be alright and you're gonna get better at it.
