Nos. 24, 2, and 22 were my go-tos at different times for a long time. However, right now, it's actually none since I stopped eating bread a while ago (despite being gluten-free bread from Franz, which is decent despite a seed oil in there).
No bread is the way to go.
I rarely eat it.
A sandwich is equivalent to a dessert for me.

I personally do a ketovore type deal anyway, so it makes sense as to why.

I eat some berries, nuts and broccoli sprouts to augment my diet and get some fiber but otherwise I eat eggs, steak, tuna, pork and some chicken. <βIn that order.
