Does anyone have any recommendations about EMF blockers? I found a company called Bodywell that offer blockers for all devices including AirPods. Anyone heard of this or know if they are legit?

One podcast I listened to said the sticker things are just gimmicks. They said the best thing you can do is just try to minimize exposure as much as possible. I switched the wife and I over to these headphones. When I'm home I keep my phone in airplane mode with Bluetooth turned off.
