This is why bitcoiners should really be pro any BIP implementations that enable end-2-end privately encrypted transactions.

Nah Bitcoin is a public ledger it was never meant to be private on the base layer. Let lightning and BTC E-cash implementations take on privacy issues.
Base chain will always be a transparent ledger.
You can have sidechains or roll ups that enable end-2end encrypted transactions where fees go to btc miners who secure the chain. Like bip300
