How to share progress? Accountability!

I’ve lost almost 15 pounds in 4 weeks by going zero carb. Gave it a shot thanks to Nostr and I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Exercise is good, but the real weight change in your body will stem from your diet.

Followid, not sure I can do zero carb but definitely under 30g a day

Definitely recommend DYOR 🙂 I was inspired by many of the accounts here that are pro carnivore and must admit the benefits are very tangible. I’m still early in my journey but happy to answer any questions if I know the answer to them 🫡

Thank you, I just have kids so full carnivore is hard for us to do. It's a fight to get them to eat meat only. If I was just cooking for wife and I we could do it.

Def recommend trying carnivore for a month. Can be rough for a week or so depending on your sugar/carb load going in. If you were eating high oxalate foods expect some toxic offloading for a time.
