-THE BORACAY ISLAND LIFE-

The Hellespont Alhambra is the world’s largest tanker, capable of transporting 441,893 tons of crude oil—on par with some nations' output. With a crew of just 37, it spans 380 meters in length and 68 meters in width, carrying up to 3.2 million barrels of oil.

Powered by an HSD-Sulzer 9RTA84T-D engine, it delivers 36,900 kW, reaching 16.5 knots fully loaded. Designed for safety, it has a double hull, corrosion-resistant ballast tanks, and a white paint system to cool cargo and reduce emissions. It's classified by Lloyd’s Register and ABS.
