Other services are leaving Mastodon because it has a high density of histrionic and aggressive sociopaths compared to other platforms, and relatively few active users.
Why? Because nomal people understandibly enough won't be bothered having to deal with aforementioned sociopaths.

... it's because they're German. (Good product, dubious marketing). Ach! But they'll figure it out eventually once this "lovely community" turns on them. It is only a matter of time.
