Well, my english speaking friends, how should I explain this to you in a way which will not make you vommit I wonder… 🤔

Most people in Czech have strong opinion on dill. They either love it, or they can’t stand it. There is no inbetween.

One of my favourite meal is this cream sauce with dill. Usually made from a strong beef broth, you’ll leave meat inside and just pour a lot of cream and add some vinegar and sugar. Usually eaten with potatoes or dumplings made of bread and flour.

Poor man’s version is with the cream only, as meat was expensive and they went with the eggs.

I wanted to stay with the carnivore ideal as much as I could, so I’ve left out the side dishes and cut the sugar in half but it still felt like a treat.

Then there is the problem with vommiting. I ate this for breakfast which will probably sound crazy to even the dill lovers out there.
