I recommended it to a dumb friend who lost it almost immediately after aping in hard. It's now been over 2 weeks since the case was "escalated" with no response to his nearly daily email replies.

Does anyone else have experience with their support?

Yea. they bought a replacement bitkey and ran into an issue doing the recovery. been trying to get back for the last 5 weeks.
