Big food lobby villainized meat but glad it’s finally making a comeback and all the replacement protein stocks are declining too which gives insight on consumer preference. Real eggs, real meat, what more do we need? Opt out of fake food!

It’s so simple, but people overcomplicate it. Red meat (nose to tail), real eggs, butter, tallow, bone broth, raw honey & raw milk is literally all you need to survive and to actually be healthy
