How is the level for purged transactions calculated?
Is it based on:
1) how many transactions are waiting in mempool?
2) average or another calculation of most recent fees?
3) combo of 1+2?
On a node w the default 300MB limit, the fee rate of txs being removed to pay for higher fee rate txs. Maybe someone can add a little more detail…
