Subscriptions will make that easier. Or at least notifications for those who are users on said relays. Some sort of automation should come into play.

What kind of business models do you think will emerge?
(Besides relays that guarantee edits)
Make every zap a split payment to relays and the recipient, maybe?
Could each device become a relay server from the app development side, at some point in future?
