I’m on the other end of the spectrum. I’ve been irrationally anti sugar substitutes since I was a small child. Solely because a school employee discovered she had an aspartame allergy when she drank a Diet Coke at school and went into anaphylactic shock.

That’s scary. I’m a honey and maple syrup maxi when it comes to substituting white sugar.

Same. Though a pie I bake I use raspberries to cut down on the sugar. It’s a cranberry walnut pie. You’d never realize the raspberries are there.
