Hunting for a suitable way to leverage Bitcoin as a deposit for a piece of real estate

Debifi is very impressive in terms of the non-custodial approach

I've also been a fan of Ledn from a distance (but never used it)

What's already painful is the short-term nature of the debt

Not long enough for what I had in mind

The amount of Bitcoin required & the level of risk is still far too great for my liking.

I'm being reminded that being early can feel like being wrong & that I should be patient.

I'm waiting for 1 of 2 things to occur:

- The value of Bitcoin to increase exponentially & significantly reduce the amount of sats exposed for the loan.

- The recognition of Bitcoin as pristine collateral in traditional finance. Saylor is doing wonders for this in tradfi.

Both are inevitable & I also see both occurring sometime in the next 3 years. $1M Bitcoin this Epoch now feels bearish to me, rather than hopeful.
