about why we can’t have exotic edible (like for normal meals w steak, etc.) mushrooms easily available in socal like they apparently have an abundance of in australia.

Really surprised no one’s farming them there. Be a huge market and they’re low impact 🤷🏻‍♀️

it’s nuts. even tho california is a gigantic farming state, the flavor quality & variety in stores (including in organic/health/bougie oriented ones) is rather poor.
