yes, we can do it, but people should be conscious of that the easiest implementation has privacy and reliability issues. I have been attacked by people on the network saying that I don’t care about feedback and that I’m not implementing things that people want like gif keyboards, but it’s just not that simple.
I think there are other more interesting features to implement in Damus. The gifs are incredible but not the most necessary yet.
