Muun wallet. got ideas?

My Muun shows three ways to recover if they were setup. 1st email and password, 2nd email and the code you wrote down, or 3rd the emergency kit (this one is for if Muun went away). Godspeed
I’m assuming Muun got uninstalled from the phone or the pin to unlock is forgotten
Now I see your other replies about new phone, different email than normal. Search every inbox for Muun (they sent a verify email when I set it up) also turn house upside down 🙃
One more thing to keep in mind when searching. The Muun recovery code is not bip39 words it’s just alphanumeric codes like 1RTS Y90D …. …. …. At least that’s how it was when I used it in 2022
Oof. Unless she did one of the 3 recovery options, the corn is gone if the app/phone is gone. Painful lesson.
