That’s a hard sell in the US as code was deemed 1st amendment protected by a Circuit Court of Appeals.
Any challenge will go to the Supreme Court.
Nah they won’t take it away. They’ll just sell rights to the billionaire class who will take in the profits from it.
The people who won’t be able to innovate with it are…everybody else.
