I don’t know as I’ve yet to speak with anyone who “got out” that way.
We could speculate. Truth is the type of money I’ve been dealing with: they would probably just let the person have the car.
Certainly it would have a tracker on it so the car could be found.
Then again: humans always human. Some humans even pay bounties to get others to manipulate humans into doing things.
