How could you bring that back now that there are AI spammers and stuff? I don't think it's possible. If good communities develop on the internet again, they'll have to be different

If the problems it had with spam then made it unusable the way they would now, then why would anyone hype it up as a better internet when the internet is still pretty unusable today?
