Here we do what is called "Braciole di cavallo" cavallo is horse.. basically they are rolled thin slices with inside a bit of fat, grana padano, pepper, garlick, salt, parsley. Cooked in tomato souce for 3+ hrs, slow cooking.. DELICIOUS 😋

That sounds pretty good too.

We actually used to have a horse butcher in my town, which is apparently pretty rare. By the time i found this out the old guy running the place was just about to enjoy his pension.
