I also think this law is different. It seems they are giving pensions permission to stack up to 13 billion bucks worth of permissionless money. It's kinda funny.

I can understand pensions, though I'd still prefer they didn't, states stacking seems really pointless though
I don't see how pensions can survive without bitcoin. I also agree that states stacking is not ideal because political whims change like thw wind, but at least states are more decentralized than the federal government.
