Of all the things I did in my yoga practice this week…
You see, I hurt my knee a couple weeks ago. So I blew off the gym, altered my on-the-mat practice (standing poses only!) and iced the hell out of it afterwards.
But today I finally gave myself the one thing I needed. I laid down that blanket to cushion my knee. I realized it was the first time in 28 years of practicing yoga I had ever placed a blanket under my knees.
That’s how stubborn I am 😉
